What We're About
If you want to know what we're all about, we recommend first checking out our mission statement. Certainly a church is much more than their mission statement, but a good mission statement should help you identify a church's fundamental aim and trajectory. Everything else a church does moves out from this point. Every ministry, every event, every activity marches to the beat of this drum.
Who We Are
Sometimes it helps to see a few faces and hear a few stories. Allow us to introduce you to some of our leaders. Make no mistake. They are no better than the next. They are just sinners who have been captivated and changed by the saving grace of Christ. And they're giving their lives to make him known to others!
What We Believe
It's a bit unfortunate, but you can't really presume to know what a Christian church believes anymore. There are so many differences of opinion, so many schisms and breaks. Some of these differences are more significant than others. In an effort to make things clearer for you, we have dedicated a whole page to outlining just what we believe and why. Hope you find it helpful!
Next Steps
You might be interested in learning about the "critical path" we hope everyone who engages with our church is set on. Following Jesus, while certainly not always linear, does seem to involve the same basic steps along the way. We've done our best to identify and delineate these steps on our Next Steps page. Planning a Visit
There's only so much you can learn about a church online. Sometimes the best thing to do is just go visit a service! But, as we all know, coming into a church service for the first time can be a bit daunting. How do you get there? What should you expect? Where are you supposed to take your kids? And so on. To alleviate some of this for you, we've dedicated a whole page to help you plan your first visit. We hope to see you soon!
