I was born and raised in Mexico City but in 2017, my family and I moved to the Bay Area and I’ve been here ever since.
I was born in a Christian home, but the gospel never really made sense to me. Fast forward to the summer of 2018, right before my junior year of high school, my maternal grandmother was diagnosed with stage 5 lung cancer (she was the strongest Christian I’ve ever known). It was then that the Lord took a hold of my heart and my eyes were opened to my sin and the gift of the gospel.
The Lord has completely transformed my life and has gifted me an amazing husband and now the cutest baby boy!
I came to Mercy Hill Church with my husband the summer we got married in 2022. I pray that the Lord uses us to reach people from every nation, tongue and tribe as we lean to Him and to one another!

Psalm 27:1. It reminds me that God is bigger than my anxiety.
Name one person who's had a significant influence on you and tell us why.
My grandma. She was the strongest Christian I’ve ever known. Her last words to me were: “Don’t forget about the gift that you have in Jesus”.
What's one fun fact you could share with us about yourself?
I can probably recite every episode of Gilmore Girls by memory…
If you had to pick your favorite spot in the Bay Area, what would it be and why?
Anywhere in Santa Cruz! I love the beach and the ocean.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you "grew up"?
I wanted to be a surgeon!
