All covenant members (and those in process) are invited to join us for our biannual Members' Meeting! Please find the details below:
- When is it? After the service on Sunday, October 30th from 12:30-2:00pm. (Note: There will be an optional Q&A afterwards for any who'd like to participate.)
- Where is it? We'll meet outside at the picnic tables in the pavilion around the back of Allen at Steinbeck Elementary.
- What about lunch? There will be a free sandwich lunch available (from Jersey Mike's) for any who RSVP. If you have certain food allergies or prefer something else, we ask that you please secure that yourself. Sorry for the inconvenience!
- What about kids? Kids are welcome too, of course. You should know that our current plan for childcare is pretty minimal and you will need to remain somewhat aware of them during the meeting. We plan to have a youth or two overseeing them as they play in the fenced-in playground area adjacent to the pavilion. You can keep an eye on them from your seat and come help your child if/when necessary. Thanks for understanding!
